Graduates
Former students have come from around the world with varied backgrounds. Some from related industries, many with no design experience, but all with a desire to learn and a passion for design. Our graduates have found continued success in a number of interior design disciplines, including various sectors in design and architectural companies, property development, and in some cases their own practices.
VERA ALMEIDA
Diploma 2019
Born and raised in Lisbon, Vera took an early interest in science and
design. After completing a MSc in Civil Engineering, she worked for
consultancy companies in Sao Paulo, Stockholm and London and was invloved in several large infrastructure projects. With a keen eye for design, she wanted to combine her passion for architecture and interiors with her experience in construction and project management. Being inspired by nature and influenced by the places where she has lived, her design mixes urbanism with natural forms, expressing her passion for minimalism and sustainability. Vera believes that functionality and elegance can work together to create spaces that positively impact our mood and wellbeing. After graduating Vera worked for BDP www.bdp.com
