Inspired by English bath house culture and championing reclaimed materials and sustainability, thewell brings luxury and wellness to the heart of the capital.
Location: The medieval central London district of Clerkenwell was built around the ruins of a former monastic settlement. The area is laced with cobbled alleys and old converted warehouses of lost trades and industries. In a serendipitous turn, modern Clerkenwell is once again the location of craftsmen and women, artists, designers and architects, with more creatives per square mile than anywhere else on the planet. Now home to creative
agencies, renowned design houses, world class architecture firms, top restaurants, quirky cocktail bars and hip cafes. The Well’s design spirit is directly inspired by the history of Clerkenwell and and its layered and sometimes hidden elements. Unassuming on the outside, the hotel offers spa suites, bath houses and a communal living room for guests to enjoy.
